ESPN, which is 80% owned by Disney, holds a 30% stake in CTV Specialty Television Inc., a joint venture with Bell Media (which owns the remaining 70%). This joint venture operates specialty channels such as TSN (The Sports Network) and Discovery Channel Canada.
