Booking Holdings Inc. is an American travel technology company that owns and operates several travel fare aggregators and travel fare metasearch engines, including Booking.com, Priceline.com, Agoda.com, Kayak.com, Cheapflights, Rentalcars.com, Momondo, and OpenTable.
