Froneri
Froneri is a global ice cream manufacturer that was formed in 2016 as a joint venture between Nestlé and PAI Partners. As the largest producer of ice cream in Europe and the second-largest globally after Unilever. The company's origins trace back to the consolidation of various ice cream entities.
Froneri is equally owned by Nestlé and PAI Partners, making all Froneri subsidiaries, brands, and products sold directly or indirectly—whether through production or licensing—targets for a boycott. To ensure the Nestlé boycott is comprehensive, it's important to apply pressure on companies that license their brands to Froneri in certain markets, encouraging them to reconsider their partnerships.
Froneri operates under various names in certain markets, including Dairymaid, Peter's Ice Cream, Nestlé Schöller, and Tip-Top. It also manages brands from companies like Mondelēz International—such as Cadbury, Flake, Oreo Ice Cream, and Milka Ice Cream—and from Unilever, including Magnum. Additionally, Froneri handles Nestlé brands like Mövenpick and Edy's, as well as Mars brands like LifeSavers.
